1) What skill levels do you support?
Beginner, Intermediate, and Advanced. Each track lists prerequisites and recommended practice hours in the course description.
2) What tools and materials are required?
Essential tools include snips, a floral knife, buckets, tape, and reusable structures. We recommend seasonal stems and local suppliers; a welcome guide provides a full list.
3) Are the courses eco-friendly?
Yes. We teach foam-free mechanics, hydration strategies, and low-waste logistics. Sustainability is integrated into every module.
4) How do live sessions work?
Online sessions run via video with small cohorts and recorded replays. In-person and hybrid options include studio days and on-site rehearsals.
5) Do you issue certificates?
Yes. Upon successful completion of assignments and critiques, you receive a digital certificate with a unique verification link.
6) What is your refund policy?
Full refunds up to 7 days before start. After a cohort begins, partial credits may apply according to progress and materials used. See Terms for details.
7) Can I switch cohorts or dates?
Most courses allow one cohort transfer when requested at least 72 hours before kickoff, subject to seat availability.
8) Will you guarantee bookings or income?
We do not make financial guarantees. We provide proven systems and feedback to strengthen your work and client process.
9) How intensive are assignments?
Expect 3–6 hours per week for beginner tracks and 6–10 hours for advanced labs, including critique time.
10) Do you offer scholarships?
